CONFERENCE FACILITIES

 

Mukambi Safari Lodge offers private conference facilities and tailor-made group packages for weddings, birthdays and getaways. Enquire direct with the Lodge for further information.

 

BOOKING INFORMATION

 

  • All rates are quoted per person per night, a single supplement of 40% applies during peak season and public holidays
  • All rates above exclude bar and ZAWA park fees (except for fully inclusive and Busanga Plains Camp Packages) but include VAT.
  • All rooms are en suite.
  • Regrettably no children under 6 on game drives unless by prior arrangements.
  • 50% non-refundable deposit required to guarantee reservations and full pre-payment before arrival.
  • Minimum 2 night stay over Zambian public holidays/long weekends, including Christmas and New Year.
  • Master/Visa welcome, unfortunately 6% commission payable.
  • Busanga Plains Camp is only operational from July to October as it closes during the rainy season. A minimum stay of 3 nights is required and no children under 12 years are allowed unless by prior arrangement.
