* Road transfers and flights, which are not included in the packages, can be booked by Mukambi Safaris.
BOOKING INFORMATION
- All rates are quoted in USD per person per night sharing. A single supplement of 30% applies.
- Regrettably no children under 6 years old on game drives at Mukambi unless by prior arrangement.
- Children under 12 and 4 years and older pay 50% providing they are sharing with adults. Children younger than 4 stay free. Only children 12 and older are allowed at Fig Tree and Busanga
- Minimum 2 night stay at Fig Tree
- Minimum 3 night stay at Busanga
- Master/Visa/Amex welcome. 3% handling fee payable.
- National Park fees are excluded from our rates as these are subject to change – please enquire direct for prices. National Parks accept cash only (US$ or Kwacha)
- Provisional bookings will generally be held for 14 days following which a 25% deposit should be paid or the booking will be released.
- Payment in full required 30 days before travel unless otherwise arranged.
Deposit and Cancellation Policy:
Once you are ready to make a booking with us, we ask for a 25% deposit on safari package bookings or a 50% deposit on accommodation only bookings in order to confirm and hold the space for you.
Our cancellation policy is:
91 days or more - no charge
91 – 30 days before your safari – 25% cancellation
Within 30 days before your safari – 100% cancellation
Please make sure you have adequate travel insurance to cover you, just in case something unexpected happens. We also recommend that guests have full medical evacuation insurance cover as we are by choice in a remote part of a remote country and the nearest local hospital is two hours away and has very limited facilities.
